Treatments
Our Main services are therapeutic massages. Therapeutic massage is a hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body. It is a form of manual therapy that has been used for centuries in various cultures to address physical discomfort, enhance healing, and support mental and emotional health. Therapeutic massage is known for its numerous benefits. It can help reduce muscle tension, alleviate pain, improve circulation, enhance joint flexibility, and promote relaxation. Additionally, massage may have positive effects on mental health by reducing stress, anxiety, and promoting a sense of well-being.
Therapeutic massage employs a variety of techniques, such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy. The specific techniques used depend on the individual's needs and the goals of the massage session.
The pressure applied during therapeutic massage can vary, ranging from gentle and relaxing strokes to firmer, more intense pressure to target deeper muscle layers. The therapist tailors the pressure based on the client's preferences and the therapeutic goals.
Our most selling service is the deep tissue massage. Deep tissue massage typically focuses on specific areas of the body, especially those with chronic tension, tightness, or pain. Common target areas include the neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back, and legs. The primary goal of deep tissue massage is to alleviate chronic pain and muscle tension. It can be beneficial for individuals with conditions such as chronic back pain, repetitive strain injuries, postural issues, and muscle spasms.Due to the intensity of the pressure applied during deep tissue massage, it's not uncommon for clients to experience some soreness or discomfort after the session. This discomfort is usually temporary and can be relieved with adequate hydration, rest or flotation therapy (this is also available our salon, see below).

Our other popular service is the manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), is a specialised form of massage therapy designed to stimulate the flow of lymph, a fluid that helps remove waste and toxins from the body's tissues. The lymphatic system plays a crucial role in the body's immune system, and lymphatic drainage massage aims to support and optimise its function. The pressure is typically very light, as the goal is to encourage the movement of lymph rather than manipulate the muscles. We recommend the full body activation at the first time, what is about 45-60mins long and after we could concentrate for only the area of the problem.

Reflexology is a holistic practice that is often used for relaxation and well-being. Reflexology is a complementary therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or ears, known as reflex points, to stimulate corresponding organs and systems in the body. The goal is to promote balance and harmony within the body by releasing tension and improving energy flow. Reflexology is believed to offer a range of benefits, such as stress reduction, relaxation, and improved circulation. Some proponents suggest that it may help alleviate certain health conditions, though scientific evidence supporting these claims is limited.

Another great service is the head massage. We offer more type of head massages for example Indianan head massage and Access Bars. A head massage, often referred to as a scalp massage, is a therapeutic technique that focuses on massaging the scalp and the muscles of the head. This type of massage is known for its relaxing and stress-relieving effects. During a head massage, the therapist uses various techniques such as gentle kneading, circular motions, and rhythmic tapping to stimulate blood circulation and promote relaxation. The massage may extend to the neck and shoulders, targeting areas where tension commonly accumulates. Many people find head massages particularly soothing, as they can help alleviate headaches, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT), also known as photobiomodulation (PBM) or cold laser therapy, involves the use of low-level lasers or light-emitting diodes (LEDs) to stimulate cellular function and promote healing. LLLT has been studied for its potential therapeutic effects in various medical and cosmetic applications. LLLT works on the principle of photobiomodulation, where low-level light is applied to tissues, leading to changes at the cellular level. This can result in increased cellular energy production, improved blood flow, and modulation of inflammatory responses. LLLT has been studied for various medical applications, including pain management, wound healing, inflammation reduction, and tissue repair. It is used in conditions such as musculoskeletal pain, arthritis, and neurological disorders.
We also do face treatment, but this service is not the typical facial. This treatment has three main parts: cleaning, laser (with our LLLT machine) and massage. In the field of aesthetics, LLLT is used for skin rejuvenation. It is believed to enhance collagen production, improve skin tone and texture, and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. As You can see at above, the LLLT is really good for inflammation reduction so we focus for that part of the aesthetics treatments.
Our Pampering treatment is the Body scrub massage. Body scrub treatments involve the application of a granular substance, such as salt, sugar, or coffee grounds, to the skin. This exfoliating mixture is massaged onto the body to remove dead skin cells, revealing smoother and softer skin underneath. Body scrubs not only exfoliate but also help cleanse the skin by removing impurities and promoting detoxification. The scrubbing action stimulates circulation, encouraging the elimination of toxins from the skin. Our body scrubs contain moisturising ingredients: coconut oil, leaving the skin hydrated and nourished after the exfoliation process. This can be particularly beneficial in promoting a healthy and radiant complexion. Beyond the physical benefits, the massaging action of a body scrub treatment can contribute to relaxation and stress reduction. The sensory experience, combined with the therapeutic properties of the scrub, creates a rejuvenating and pampering experience. Enjoy the smooth and soft skin.
